Cayden's life began on June 11, 2012 in Niles, Michigan the son of Trevyn Conley and Ember Smith. Cayden was born prematurely; however, he was a real fighter. His loving family includes his parents; grandparents, Mike and Cheryl Smith, Lori Walker, Roger Conley; aunts and uncles, Kelsi Smith, Austin Conley, Karen Muma, Savannah Muma and Dylan Conley. Cayden passed away on February 17, 2013 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN.
