Douglas K. Dowding, 56, of Bellevue, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2013 at home with his loving family around him. Doug was born on August 14, 1956 to Kenneth G. & Betty L. (Duckham) Dowding in Marshall, Michigan. Doug married Andrea Babic in Marshall in 1990, which ended in divorce.
