Dorothy J. Vincent, age 83, of Marshall, passed peacefully at her home, just as she wished, early Sunday morning, June 23, 2013 . Dorothy was born on March 3, 1930 in Marshall to Harry James and Virginia (Summey) Kipker. She has made Marshall her home all of her life.
