Carter passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2013.
Carter was a resident of Mendon, Michigan at the time of his passing.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday Aug. 10, 2013 at Peek Cemetery in Florence Township with Rev. Dave Bogda officiating.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
