Marie E. Dowd, age 67, of Battle Creek died peacefully at her home on Wednesday morning, September 4, 2013. She was born in Washington D.C. on July 7, 1946, the loving daughter of William Edward and Virginia (Tomlin) Decker. Marie served as President of Dowd & Co. P.C. for many years and was a Past-President of the local chapter of the National Association of Accountants.
