Peter Rus, 95, of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord Monday, January 14, 2013. Peter was the first of seven children born to Gertrude and Leonard Rus on their farm in Corsica, South Dakota on June 30, 1917. His father passed away when Peter was 13 years old and he assumed the duties of head of household leaving school to help on the family farm and traveling to other jobs in surrounding states to earn money to send home.
